Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP -  55-1117 Industrial Way, Parksville BC Orders can be picked up daily, from 7am - 4pm. An email will be sent or a call will be provided when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using Purolator, FedEx and ups. Flat rate shipping fee of $25.00 applies to orders shipping  to BC. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at time of invoicing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States. Shipping charges will be calculated at time of invoicing.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Island Hydrostatics is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at orders@islandhydrostatics.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
